Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. She won her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she having zero expectations. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
